Guests have exclusive access to the estate, free Wi-Fi. Complimentary coffee and tea is provided to enjoy at any time of the day.

Guests can contact our team via the Airbnb app. We respond promptly to inquiries while respecting your privacy. Assistance is available throughout your stay, but please note that inquiries made between 10 PM and 8 AM will be answered the following morning.

Four Cabin House is available by request only and cannot be booked directly online. Please send us your preferred dates at least two months in advance, together with your contact details, your planned way of arriving, and whether you would need transportation to and from the airport.

Once we receive your request, we will check availability and get back to you as soon as possible.

Four Cabin House is located in a very private Arctic landscape, around 1.4 km from the roadside parking area. There is no official public road to the house, but the route runs across the owners’ land or land where written access rights are in place.

Because of the remote location, access depends on the season and weather conditions. In summer, the route is suitable for a high-clearance vehicle, such as a Hilux or Defender, or an ATV. In winter, arrival access is arranged by snowmobile.

During the stay, guests may also walk between the house and the parking area if needed. In winter, this should only be done along the established snowmobile track and when weather and visibility are safe. Guests should avoid walking the route in poor visibility, deep fresh snow or extreme cold.

Please note that during the change of seasons, especially from autumn to winter and from winter to spring, the route can be particularly difficult for around 1–2 weeks. During these periods, access may require extra planning and will depend on current conditions.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

A travel guide will meet guests at the parking area and take them and their luggages to the cabin with an ATV or snowmobile.

Upon leave, the travel guide will meet the guests at the cabin and take them and their luggages to the parking lot with an ATV or snowmobile.

Please note that the price of transfer between the parking lot and cabin (upon arrival and upon leave) is included in the stay.

SAFETY

Four Cabin House is located in a very remote Arctic area in Utsjoki. The landscape is beautiful, but it should be treated with care and respect, especially in winter.

Weather and visibility can change quickly, and the surrounding terrain includes areas that may be steep, uneven or difficult to navigate. Please do not explore steep or unfamiliar terrain without a local guide. In winter, snow, ice, wind and darkness can make conditions more demanding than they may first appear.

For longer walks, winter exploring or any route away from the immediate house area, we strongly recommend using a local guide. This is the safest way to enjoy the surrounding nature and understand the conditions properly.

- Waterfall visit on the property land

A 5-minute walk away from the cabin, visitors can find a waterfall with beautiful views. It is a wonderful spot for snowshoeing, sledging and reindeer spotting.

From Utsjoki, Northern Norway makes an excellent destination for a longer road trip. Routes towards Kongsfjord, Båtsfjord and Vardø lead through dramatic Arctic landscapes, open tundra, coastal roads and small fishing villages, with plenty of opportunities to stop for viewpoints, birdlife and photography along the way. Rásttigáisá offers a very different experience, with vast fell scenery and remote wilderness for experienced hikers.
