The villa sleeps up to 10 guests across four double bedrooms in the main house and a sofa bed in the sauna cabin. It offers spacious living and dining areas, a sunroom with sea views, well-equipped kitchen areas and a separate sauna cottage. Outdoors, guests can enjoy the terrace, jacuzzi, large lawn, outdoor dining, SUP boards and boat dock.

Guests can access the property by boat, with dock space for boats up to approximately 8 metres and water depth around 1.8 metres.
Security cameras are present around the property, but they are not in use.
Some older/outbuilding areas are part of the estate but not intended for guest use.
As Annala is an older house with carefully selected interiors and furnishings, we kindly ask guests to treat the home with care during their stay.
Please note that we do not provide charcoal for the grill.
Guests have exclusive access to the estate, private parking and free Wi-Fi. Complimentary coffee and tea is provided to enjoy at any time of the day.
Respecting The Neighbourhood: We are committed to responsible hosting and respecting our local community. We kindly ask guests to keep noise at a considerate level to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for everyone. To support this, the property is equipped with noise monitoring devices that measure sound levels only. Your privacy is fully respected.
A Minut sensor on the property monitors noise levels to ensure they stay within a respectful limit during quiet hours. It does not record conversations, maintaining your privacy at all times.
No Smoking: Please refrain from smoking inside the home
No parties: We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Annala is located in Kangasala, an area known for lakes, ridges, forests and traditional Finnish landscapes. The property sits in a quiet waterside location, with a private yard, water access and a spacious garden that gives the house a peaceful feel.
The surrounding area is well suited for outdoor activities throughout the year. Guests can enjoy walks, time by the water, boating, SUP boarding and days spent around the property. Kangasala centre is within driving distance and offers everyday services, restaurants and cafés.
Tampere is also within easy reach, bringing a wider choice of restaurants, shopping, culture and city activities close to the stay. For longer outings, the area offers hiking routes, lake views and nature destinations, while Sappee Ski Resort is around 30 minutes away by car. This makes Annala a good base for both summer stays by the water and winter trips with skiing, sauna and time indoors at the house.
