Loviisa Floating House is a striking Nordic home built directly on Loviisa Bay, with open views toward the town, harbour and church. Designed as a year-round floating residence, it combines clean Finnish architecture, quality equipment and a comfortable, home-like atmosphere.
The house accommodates up to 8 guests with two bedrooms, two sofa beds, bright living spaces, a well-equipped Siemens kitchen and an upstairs workspace. The electric sauna, electric grill and large sea-facing terrace make the outdoor areas a central part of the stay in every season.
Located around 1 km from the centre of Loviisa, the property offers easy access to cafés, restaurants, the guest harbour, wooden house areas and coastal walking routes. It is a rare place to stay on the water, close to one of Finland’s most charming coastal towns.

Practicalities
Jacuzzi will be installed by August 25, 2026.
Guests have exclusive access to the estate and free Wi-Fi. Complimentary coffee and tea is provided to enjoy at any time of the day.
Respecting The Neighbourhood: We are committed to responsible hosting and respecting our local community. We kindly ask guests to keep noise at a considerate level to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for everyone. To support this, the property is equipped with noise monitoring devices that measure sound levels only. Your privacy is fully respected.
A Minut sensor on the property monitors noise levels to ensure they stay within a respectful limit during quiet hours. It does not record conversations, maintaining your privacy at all times.
No Smoking: Please refrain from smoking inside the home
No parties: We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
Important safety information: Please access the house via the longer bridge from the mainland. Crossing the shorter, direct bridge is prohibited due to safety risks.
Parking: Please note that the house does not have a private parking space. Please park your car in the parking lot on the main right before the bridge.
